These satellites provide excellent elevation angles for data services connecting throughout Europe, specifically in the Mediterranean.

Supported from our ground operations at Nittedal, TSBc is operating one of its 11-metre antennas to provide VSAT services on our dedicated iDirect hub. TSBc’s iDirect solutions deliver unrivalled quality without the need for investment in teleport infrastructure or commitment to long-term satellite capacity.

Telenor Satellite Broadcasting’s Thor III inclined-orbit satellite, positioned over the Middle East and equipped with 13 transponders, can now deliver up to 1.6 Gbps of bandwidth for connectivity and satellite broadband services across the region.Thor III operates at 4 ˚West and provides an ideal capacity solution for large Telco’s, ISPs, government bodies, and military and corporate organisations which require large bandwidth, and enables them to benefit from a significant cost reduction.
